Live: Crash blocks A39 Bath Road and causes tailbacks
A major route through Somerset is blocked this afternoon following a crash[1]. The A39 Bath Road near the village of Ashcott is blocked in both directions and tailbacks are forming in the area. The A39 Bath Road lies between Street[2] and Bridgwater.
Google Maps is reporting very slow traffic in the area after the crash near the Moorlinch turn off. It is unclear at the present time how many vehicles were involved or if anybody has been injured in the collision. We will keep you up to date with the latest in our live blog below.
