Live: Plymouth traffic chaos after crash near Home Park shuts A-road
There are reports of traffic chaos along the A386 Outland Road following a serious crash this evening. Roads traffic monitoring service[1] Inrix, says there is the southbound side of the road is shut due to the collision. Inrix reports: “A386 Outland Road southbound closed, queueing traffic due to accident from Segrave Road to The A3064 Wolseley Road.” Multiple emergency services[2] vehicles are at the scene.
A witness said: “The city-bound side is closed and traffic is being diverted into the Park and Ride car park, past the Elm Vets Centre, to get back on to Outland Road in the opposite direction. The outbound side is open as normal. “Lots of blue lights at the scene including a fire engine.
The incident seems to have happened at the lights by the junction to the vets and park and ride. Two fire engines, three police cars, at least one ambulance.” Plymouth Live will be bringing you all of the latest on this incident.
