M4 speed camera catches driver going over 50mph limit
Michael Boswell, of Walnut Trees Hill, Ashbury, was caught on May 21 last year speeding on the motorway near Port Talbot, South Wales. The 51-year-old was caught exceeding the 50mph speed limit by driving at 60mph in a Kiario vehicle. At Cardiff Magistrates Court on December 29, Boswell pleaded guilty to the offence and he was fined GBP57.
There were also court costs of GBP90 and a victim surcharge of GBP22 making his total GBP169 which he will need to pay by January 26.
Six penalty points were also added to his driving record.
Boswell was also charged with failing to provide his identity to police but this was later withdrawn.
