No more arrests sought over deaths of women at house
Police investigating the deaths of two women at a house in Staffordshire have said they are not looking to make any more arrests.
A man detained on suspicion of murder after the bodies of Joyce Wilshaw and daughter Karen Wilshaw were found faced no further action, police said.
Joyce Wilshaw, 91, died as a result of blunt force trauma to the head, and Karen Wilshaw, 63, had multiple traumatic injuries, according to the provisional findings of their post-mortem examinations.
Both were discovered at a house on Park Lane, Cheadle, on 31 December.
