Police called after road crash at Gourock junction

Officers were called to the incident at around 4.10pm. It happened at the channelised junction at the foot of Larkfield Road.

It’s understood that a car and van were involved. One of vehicles was left badly damaged. A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: “Around 4.10pm on Thursday, 11 January, police were called to a report of a road crash that had taken place a short time earlier on Cardwell Road at Larkfield Road and officers attended.”

No details were given about any casualties or whether anyone has been charged.
