Police close Midland Way in Warrington following crash

At around 7.45pm last night, Thursday, officers on patrol in Warrington came across a crash on Midland Way. The incident involved a blue Citroen C3 and a black Volkswagen CC Bluemotion. Along with police, an ambulance was also at the scene,

The road was closed while recovery work was undertaken.

A Cheshire Police spokesperson has confirmed that there were no reports of any injuries.
