Police relaunch fatal A419 crash witness appeal

A Vauxhall Astra driver travelled up the slip road from the M4 eastbound before colliding with the roundabout at the junction just before 11pm on Tuesday, January 2. Swindon teenager Jamie Donnelly, who was in the vehicle during the crash, was declared dead at the scene. Police officers would like to speak to anyone who witnessed the collision or who may have dash cam footage from either the A419 roundabout or the M4.
