Road closed and air ambulance lands after motorbike crash
A man has been rushed to hospital after a crash between a motorbike and a Ford Fiesta on a busy main road. The incident occurred at around 2.53pm today (Saturday, January 13) when a blue Ford Fiesta and a blue Sym motorcycle crashed on Moore Lane, Widnes[1]. The rider of the bike sustained serious injuries and was rushed to hospital.
Road closures are currently in place on Ashley Way, Ashley Way West, and Victoria Road.
Cheshire Police are now appealing for anyone who may have information to get in touch. Superintendent Saf Ali, of the Roads and Crime Unit, said: “This is a busy road and there will have been a number of vehicles travelling at this time.
