Road ‘taped off’ in Dagenham after woman injured in crash
Crews from the London Ambulance Service (LAS) and the Metropolitan Police responded to the incident today (January 9) in Haskard Road. A spokesperson for the Met Police said: “Police were called at 12:30hrs on Tuesday, 9 January to reports of a collision involving a car and a pedestrian at the junction of Haskard Road and Parsloes Road, Dagenham. “Officers attended along with paramedics from the London Ambulance Service.
The woman has been taken to hospital. (Image: Google Maps)“The pedestrian, a woman, was taken to hospital. We await an update on her condition.” The driver of the car involved stopped at the scene and police enquiries are ongoing.
A number of locals have reported the road to be “all taped off”, with police and ambulances present.
