Southend: Essex Police issue appeal to find wanted man
Luke Lackenby, 22, is wanted by Essex Police in connection with failing to answer bail. The man has been described as 6ft 3ins tall, of slim build, with short mousy brown hair, and is clean-shaven. Luke is known to have connections to Westcliff, Chelmsford, and the Haringey area of London as well.
