Tributes to crash victim, 20, carried on car roof

Three people arrested in connection with Mr Livingstone’s death have been released on bail pending further inquiries, Warwickshire Police said.

A 34-year-old man, from Leamington Spa, was previously held on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving.

A 60-year-old woman, also of the town, and a 37-year-old man, from Warwick, were arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender.

The woman was also arrested on suspicion of obstructing a police officer.
