Two people killed after crashing into log truck in Washington County
TOWNSHIP 30, Maine (WABI) - Two people were killed after crashing into a log truck in Washington County.
It happened around 11 Wednesday morning on Route 9 in Township 30.
State Police say the car crossed into the oncoming lane of the loaded log truck around a corner.
The names of the deceased are currently being withheld.
We're told the driver of the truck was not injured.
The crash remains under investigation, but State Police say road conditions appear to have been a factor.
