Warwickshire Police officer charged with sexual offences including rape of girl aged 13-15
A WARWICKSHIRE Police officer has been charged with a series of sexual offences, including rape of a teenage girl. PC Paul Hanson, 32, a response officer based at Bedworth police station, has been charged with three counts of rape of a girl aged 13-15, seven counts of sexual activity with a girl aged 13-15, and one count of sexual assault, the force said. The alleged offences occurred before he became a police officer and involved four alleged victims.
PC Hanson will appear at Coventry Magistrates' Court on 14th February.
The force added that is currently suspended from duty pending the outcome of the case.
