Gardai caught a porsche driver driving at 189km/h in north Wexford recently.

A Porsche Panamera was pursued by gardai in north Wexford after being clocked travelling at 189km/h in a 120km/h zone at around midday on Monday, January 15.
The driver, a man in his 40s, is a Turkish national and was arrested near Circle K in Ballyellen on the M11.
“Speeding has always been an issue in north Wexford but this is a particularly serious case,” said Sergeant Evelyn Reddan.
He was brought to Gorey Garda Station and has since been charged and released on bail.
His vehicle was towed and he is now waiting on a court date.
His Porsche which is at least six years old can range in price between EUR115,363 to EUR280,279 when new.
