£269k in tech stolen from lorry as driver slept
Goods worth £269,000 were stolen from a lorry as the driver slept at a motorway service station in Staffordshire.
Twenty-four pallets were taken from the vehicle, including cameras and other high-value technology, said police.
A white VW van was also taken from a flat-bed truck in the car park at Keele Services to move the stolen items, and later recovered.
The theft happened between midnight on Tuesday 23 January and 03:00 GMT the next day on the northbound side of the M6 services.
