Crash involving two lorries sees Cambridgeshire A-road blocked

A crash involving two lorries blocked a road in Cambridgeshire on Thursday (February 22). The crash on the A142 near Witcham took place at around 11.30am.

The road was initially blocked following the collision near the junction with Haddenham Road. An eyewitness said one lorry coming out of Haddenham Road was blocking the A142.

A Cambridgeshire[1] Constabulary spokesperson said: “We were called at about 11.40am today (22 February) with reports of a collision involving two HGVs on the A142 near Witcham. No injuries were reported.

“The collision initially blocked the road, but it is now clear.”
