Live: M5 lanes closed by lorry crash in Gloucestershire
Two lanes are closed on the M5 following a lorry crash in Gloucestershire this evening (February 21). The collision was first reported heading northbound at around 6pm.
According to traffic monitoring site Inrix, the lanes are closed between junction 10 for Cheltenham and junction 9 for Tewkesbury. All traffic was briefly stopped before two lanes were closed.
Inrix says: “Queueing traffic and two lanes closed due to recovery work and accident, a lorry involved on M5 Northbound from J10 A4019 ( Cheltenham ) to J9 A46 (Tewkesbury). Lanes one and two (of three) are now closed, traffic was held briefly before 18:00 to put in the lane closure.”
