Second person dies after Langton by Wragby crash

A second person has died following a collision on the A158 in Lincolnshire, police said.

The 27-year-old male driver of a white BMW 1 series died at the scene and a passenger, who was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries, has also died.

They were travelling towards Wragby on 11 February, when they were involved in a crash[1] with a gold Volvo estate, which was travelling towards Baumber.

Their next of kin have been informed and are being supported by specially trained officers.

The driver and passenger of the Volvo were not seriously injured.

The collision happened at Langton by Wragby just before 17:45 GMT and Lincolnshire Police is appealing for anyone who may have seen either vehicle prior to the crash to come forward.

The force is particularly keen to view dashcam or video footage that may have captured the vehicles.
