She saw her Cadillac go by on the back of a tow truck and helped police nab suspect in major car theft investigation

Noble Jean Napoleon had just picked up her great-grandchildren from school, stopped at a gas station to fill up her son’s SUV and was about to pull into traffic when she could hardly believe what she saw.

Her car – a white 1999 Cadillac – passed in front of her, hooked up to a tow truck headed north on Northeast 57th Avenue.
