Live: Crash closes road heading into Devon town
An A-road on the edge of a Devon town has been closed following a crash. The A358 Musbury Lane is closed heading into Axminster[1] on Friday morning after the collision.
Traffic reporting and monitoring[2] website Inrix said: “A358 Musbury Road Northbound closed due to accident near Woodbury Lane.”
The collision involved a car and lorry. One person has been taken to hospital with minor injuries.
A Devon and Cornwall Police spokesperson said; “Police were called at around 8.05am on Friday 15 March following reports of a collision involving a car and a lorry on Musbury Road, Axminster.
“The ambulance service was also called. One person was taken to hospital to be checked over after sustaining what are believed to be minor injuries. Recovery has been arranged.”
