Inrix reports: “Severe delays and two lanes closed due to recovery work, accident, a lorry involved and spillage of diesel on M5 Northbound at J13 A419 (Stroud).

“Recovery has now arrived around 12:00, camera shows lanes one and two (of three) are closed, the exit slip has also been closed.”
