Crash on A30 leaves pedestrian with serious injuries as driver flees from scene

A crash on the A30 London Road in Camberley has left a pedestrian with serious injuries. The collision, between two vehicles and a pedestrian, was last Thursday evening (25 April), at the junction of A30 London Road and The Avenue in Camberley[1].

The incident took place at around 6.25pm and the pedestrian was taken to hospital with serious injuries. One of the drivers was in a mall white van with ladders on the roof. Surrey Police[2] said they fled the scene and abandoned the vehicle in a small car park on the A30, opposite the Chilli Spice Restaurant.
