Driver in 30s dies following collision with HGV

A driver in his 30s has died following a collision with a HGV in Norfolk.

The crash between a Suzuki Jimny and a Mercedes HGV happened at 10:12 BST on Monday on the A47 at Terrington St John, near King’s Lynn.

Emergency services including police, fire, ambulance and air ambulance were called out and the road was closed for about seven hours.

The driver of the Suzuki, a man in his 30s, was pronounced dead at the scene.
