Live: A50 ‘tailbacks’ as lorry and car collide near Sideway roundabout
Police are this afternoon at the scene of an A50[1] crash. Pictures from the scene show a lorry and a car in collision on the A50 heading towards Sideway roundabout.
Traffic monitoring system Inrix first reported the collision at 1.57pm this afternoon.
Inrix states: “There are reports of an accident on the A50 at the A5007 Victoria Place link for Heron Cross and Fenton. Traffic is coping well.”
One driver told StokeonTrentLive: “Police have just arrived on the scene. Traffic is tailing back to Heron Cross.”
