A 'loving' mum who was killed in a hit and run was set to become a nan, her family has revealed.

Emergency services were called at around 12.30am yesterday morning, Tuesday, April 9, to the M6 motorway following reports of a crash between junction 21 near Warrington[1] and junction 21A for the M62 Croft Interchange.

Cheshire Police officers attended the scene and found a 52-year-old woman, now named as Lisa Kelsall, of Norton, Stoke-on-Trent, had been struck by a white Citroen Relay van as she walked the M62 slip road.
