Man dies following A38 lorry crash near Plymouth

A man has died following a crash on the A38 in Plymouth. A 51-year-old man suffered life-threatening injuries following a crash on the A38 at Deep Lane on Wednesday, March 27[1].

At around 8.05pm, police were alerted to reports of a crash between a blue Vauxhall Corsa and a MAN lorry on the westbound carriageway of the A38[2]. The man was taken to Derriford Hospital[3].

He sadly passed away on Wednesday, April 3. His next of kin have been made aware.

The road was partially closed for around five hours while an investigation was carried out at the scene.
