Tribute to much-loved grandad killed in M42 crash
Tributes have been paid to a “much-loved” grandad who died after being hit by a car on a motorway.
Tommy Barker, 64, had been walking down the northbound carriageway of the M42[1] before being struck by a vehicle at about 23:30 BST on 31 March.
He was confirmed dead at the scene between junctions 9 and 10 near Kingsbury, Warwickshire Police has said.
The force has appealed for witnesses of the crash to come forward.
