M20 delays after five-vehicle crash heading London-bound at Juntion 5 at Aylesford

Drivers are facing delays after a five-vehicle pile-up on the M20.

One lane had been closed due to the accident heading London-bound at Junction 5 in Aylesford, however all lanes have since reopened.[1]

Police were called at 8.16am to the M20, coast-bound between junctions 4 and 5 following reports that a ladder had fallen from the roof of a van onto the main carriageway.

It was then reported that a five vehicle collision had occurred but no injuries were reported.

All lanes have reopened as of 9.30am.
