M4: Amersham BMW driver fined over ?1,000 for speeding at 81mph
On May 29 last year, Allen John Chilten was caught by an automatic speed camera travelling at over 10mph the local limit along the M4 near Burghfield.
The 44-year-old – of Castell Grove, Amersham[1] – appeared before High Wycombe[2] Magistrates’ Court on February 6, where he pleaded guilty to a charge of speeding.
He was fined £1,153, and must also pay a £461 victim surcharge and £90 in court costs.
In addition, he was disqualified from driving for six months, and has received three points on his driving licence.
