Man dies after early morning motorway crash
A man has died after a crash on the M40. The northbound carriageway of part of the Warwickshire[1] stretch of the motorway was closed for hours yesterday morning as accident investigators worked at the scene.
West Midlands Ambulance Service said that a man, the passenger in a van that was involved in a crash, received advance life support at the scene[2] after the incident in the early hours of the morning.
Sadly, Warwickshire Police[3] have confirmed this evening that the man has died from his injuries.
