Man taken to hospital in serious Tetbury crash

A man has been taken to hospital after a serious crash in Gloucestershire. The collision, involving two vehicles, closed the A46 in Tetbury during the early hours of this morning (June 17) while emergency services attended the scene.

Gloucestershire Police were called to the A46 Grumbolds Ash at around 5.40am. A black Nissan Qashqai and grey Peugeot boxer van were involved in a collision at the crossroads for the A4135.

Paramedics assessed the occupants of both vehicles and one man in his 30s was taken to Bath Hospital for treatment[1]. Both the A46 and the A4135 were closed at the crossroads while emergency services were at the scene, before reopening by the late-morning.
