The temporary cameras were placed on the southbound carriageway, leading onto the M8 westbound, between Junctions 14 and 13 near Glasgow[1] while essential works were being carried out.

They were removed last week following completion of the works by Amey.

Cameras were enforced between April 2 and June 17 to improve speed limit compliance while work was ongoing.

And a total of 5,158 speeding offences were recorded by Police Scotland[2] Safety Cameras.
