Woman seriously injured in M6 crash

A woman was seriously injured in a motorway crash between a lorry and a car at the weekend.

Saturday's crash forced part of the M6 near Coventry to close for more than five hours ^[1].

Warwickshire Police said at the weekend that a woman in her 50s had been taken to hospital with serious injuries and she was in a stable condition.

The police and ambulance services have been contacted for an update on the woman’s condition.
