Cumbria police reveal speed camera locations for today August 24
The vehicles are deployed to areas where there is an identified risk to safety due to excessive and inappropriate speed.
The force has advised people to drive carefully.
Today our Road Safety Camera vans will be operating on the A592 between Bowness & Newby Bridge, the A590 between Newby Bridge & Brettargh Holt, Crook and the A6 south of Penrith.

Speaking on its Twitter page, Cumbria police said: “Today, our Road Safety Camera vans will be operating on the A592 between Bowness & Newby Bridge, the A590 between Newby Bridge & Brettargh Holt, Crook and the A6 south of Penrith.”
