Motorcylist killed in head on crash with van
A motorcyclist in his 50s has died in a head on collision with a van on a rural road.
At around 08:00 BST a Kawasaki motorcycle travelling northbound on the A4361 in Winterbourne Monkton, Wiltshire, was involved in a crash with a Ford Transit Custom travelling in the opposite direction.
The rider of the motorbike was declared dead at the scene, police said, and his family had been informed.
The driver of the van was uninjured.
