A10 at South Runcton between Downham Market and Watlington shut after crash between car and lorry

Part of the A10 has been closed after emergency services were called to a crash between a car and a lorry.

Police, paramedics and the fire service responded to reports of the two-vehicle collision on Lynn Road at South Runcton at 10.16am.

At 12.25pm, a Norfolk Police spokeswoman said officers remained at the scene.

She said the road was closed between Wimbotsham and the roundabout near Tottenhill.

Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service sent crews from Lynn, Downham and Swaffham to the scene and rescued vehicle occupants using hydraulic equipment.

A stop message was received at 10.56am.

The East of England Ambulance Service has been approached for comment.
