Man hit by several vehicles on M40
Witnesses are being sought after a pedestrian was hit by “several vehicles” on the M40 in Warwickshire.
The man, in his 30s, was struck about 20:00 BST on Saturday on the northbound carriageway between junction 11 for Banbury and junction 12 for Gaydon.
He was taken to hospital with “serious injuries to his legs”, police said.
“We believe a number of vehicles collided with him and others swerved to avoid him,” PC Craig Pearson said.
