Mobile speed cameras in Hull and East Yorkshire – Sep 30-Oct 6

A number of roads will be visited by mobile speed camera vans in the coming days.

Enforcement officers will visit the A1079 and A614 among other busy routes in the region.

Drivers can see where the mobile cameras are likely to be situated through the daily enforcement schedule on the Safer Roads Humber website[1], which is published each week. However, not all locations are listed on the schedule with enforcement officers also visiting other sites around the region over the coming days.

Humberside Police[2], in partnership with Safer Roads Humber, reserves the right to enforce speed limits on any road, at any time.

Mobile speed cameras will be in the following locations in East Yorkshire:

  • MON September 30: A614 Middleton-on-the-Wolds

  • TUE October 1: A1033 Ottringham

  • WED October 2: A1079 Bishop Burton

  • THU October 3: Londesborough Road, Market Weighton

  • FRI October 4: A614 Thorpe Road, Howden

  • SAT October 5: Various sites across the region

  • SUN October 6: Various sites across the region

For those crossing the Humber Bridge[3] to the South Bank, mobile cameras will be in the following locations:

  • MON September 30: B1430 Thealby Lane, Thealby
  • TUE October 1: Energy Park Way, Grimsby-Immingham
  • WED October 2: A161 Low Burnham
  • THU October 3: A161 High Street, Belton
  • FRI October 4: A180 Great Coates Junction
  • SAT October 5: Various sites across the region
  • SUN October 6: Various sites across the region
