Lorry driver taken to hospital after crash
A lorry driver has been taken to hospital after two lorries crashed on a motorway.
Cambridgeshire Police, multiple fire crews and paramedics were called to the northbound carriageway of the A1(M) at Peterborough.
National Highways posted, external[1] to say the carriageway was closed after the crash between junction 17 and the A47 near Wansford.
The fire service helped release a casualty from one of the lorries, while police said one of the drivers was taken to hospital, but there were not thought to be any life-threatening injuries.
