A14 live traffic updates as huge crash completely shuts road between Godmanchester and Boxworth

The A14 has been shut this morning following a huge crash between a lorry and ‘at least two cars’ (November 29). The incident occurred on the Eastbound carriageway of the major Cambs dual carriageway at around 7.30am. There are long delays on the road, motorists have been warned, following the crash between junction 23 Godmanchester and junction 24 at the Cambridge Services in Boxworth.

Congestion has built all the way to junction 22 (Brampton). Traffic is also queueing on junction 21 (Brampton Hut) exit slip road as traffic tries to avoid the road. All traffic is being pushed off the road at junction 23 while emergency services deal with the incident.

It is unclear whether anybody has been injured in the crash, but emergency services have been contacted.
