A505 live traffic updates as major Cambs road completley blocked after crash
A crash left a Cambridgeshire road blocked on Saturday (November 11), as traffic was backing up. The incident on the A505 at London Road, between Duxford and Royston, left the A505 westbound blocked.
The incident was reported to Cambridgeshire Police at 10.20am. A spokesperson for the force said: “The two-vehicle RTC caused minor injuries, and the vehicles required recovery.”
Recovery workers finished at the scene just before 1.40pm, after which traffic started to ease. Vehicles began slowly getting through earlier, by around 11.40am according to traffic monitoring company Inrix.
Inrix said while the incident was ongoing: “A505 Westbound blocked, queueing traffic due to accident at B1368 London Road. Queueing traffic on the opposite side too. Near flint cross junction.”
