Mobile speed cameras in Hull and East Yorkshire – Nov 18-24
A number of roads will be visited by mobile speed camera vans in the coming days.
Enforcement officers will visit the M62[1] and A614 among other busy routes in the region.
Drivers can see where the mobile cameras are likely to be situated through the daily enforcement schedule on the Safer Roads Humber website[2], which is published each week. However, not all locations are listed on the schedule with enforcement officers also visiting other sites around the region over the coming days.
Humberside Police[3], in partnership with Safer Roads Humber, reserves the right to enforce speed limits on any road, at any time.
Mobile speed cameras will be in the following locations in East Yorkshire:
- MON November 18: A1174 Dunswell
- TUE November 19: A614 Burton Agnes
- WED November 20: A166 Main Street, Garton on the Wolds
- THU November 21: A1079 Shiptonthorpe to Thorpe Le Street
- FRI November 22: M62 between East Riding county boundary and junction 35
- SAT November 23: Various sites across the region
- SUN November 24: Various sites across the region
For those crossing the Humber Bridge[4] to the South Bank, mobile cameras will be in the following locations:
- MON November 18: A161 Belton - Woodhouse (40mph)
- TUE November 19: Great Coates Road, Grimsby
- WED November 20: A18 Barton Street (between Beelsby junction and B1203 Ashby Top roundabout)
- THU November 21: Park Farm Road, Scunthorpe
- FRI November 22: East Halton Road, North Killingholme
- SAT November 23: Various sites across the region
- SUN November 24: Various sites across the region
