This is the moment police set up a mobile speed camera van around 150m from a fixed speed camera that’s already there. The speed cameras was pictured parked up on a grassy embankment next to the A449 Moss Pit in Stafford, Staffordshire[1].

The van was located around 0.1 mile – or 160m – from a fixed speed camera that’s already in place along the A-road. The fixed camera is situated at the corner of Chain Lane.

The mobile speed camera van was parked on a dip in the road, where traffic comes off a railway bridge before embarking up a hill. The fixed camera further up ahead are among a number of smart ‘AI’ cameras that have been installed across the county.
