$10K reward offered for information on 2002 deaths of 2 teens found lying on Butler County road

A £10,000 reward is being offered for information that helps solve the deaths of two Butler County teens found lying on a road in 2002.[1]

On July 17, 2002, at around 1:30 a.m., Scott Fosnaught and Scott Baur, both 15, were found lying on Cashdollar Road in Forward Township.

Scott and Shawn were walking home from a friend's house and would have used that road to get home. Emergency dispatchers were contacted by a person driving by who saw them on the road. Advertisement

Scott was pronounced dead at the scene and Shawn was taken to a hospital, where he later died.

Police said it appeared the boy had been struck by a vehicle or vehicles.
