Oxfordshire HGV driver arrested for drink driving on M40

Sandeep Khakh, 38, of Waltham Gardens, Banbury[1] was arrested for allegedly driving an HGV on the M40 while over the legal limit for alcohol by Warwickshire Police on Sunday (December 22). The driver was stopped and arrested at Warwick Services just after 1pm, and a breathalyser test was later administered by police. Warwick Services is less than 10 miles from the Oxfordshire county line on the M40.
