She is due to appear at Poole Magistrates' Court on January 31, 2025. Sergeant Mike Burt, of the Serious Collision Investigation Team, said: "Our thoughts are very much with all those affected by the very sad death of young Zac Roe.
"Following an extensive investigation, a woman has now been charged in connection with this matter and this means the case will now be the subject of active court proceedings.
"It is vital that the justice system is allowed to follow its course and it is therefore important to stress that there should be no further commentary or sharing of information online or on social media that could potentially prejudice the court process."
