Man, 57, dies in horror crash with lorry on Glasgow road
A MAN has died in a horror crash in Glasgow. Mercy crews raced to the scene on Balshagray Avenue after the alarm was raised at around 1.50pm today.

The road closure resulted in massive tailbacks from the Clyde Tunnel exit to Anniesland CrossCredit: AlamyThe fatal smash involved a HGV lorry and a white Nissan[1] Qashqai. The 57-year-old man driving[2] the Qashai was pronounced dead at the scene.
The lorry driver, 53, was taken to hospital[3] for treatment as a precaution. Balshagray Avenue at Victoria Park Gardens South, along with Victoria Park Drive northbound from the Clyde Tunnel, were all closed for several hours as cops investigated.
