Family heartbreaking tribute to motorcyclist from Horwich

Conner Dickinson, of Horwich[1], died at the age of 24 on November 21, 2023. In a statement, the family said: "Following the inquest, we, Conner's family, would like to take this opportunity to honour and remember him as the beloved son, grandson, nephew, brother, and godson that he was, as well as a devoted father, partner, and friend. "From the moment we knew he was coming into the world, Conner brought love, laughter, and a little bit of chaos into our lives - always staying true to himself and his unique ways.

"He had a huge heart, loved fiercely, cared deeply, and showed unwavering loyalty to those closest to him, especially his partner, Courtney, and their son, Mason. "To those who truly knew him, his character was irreplaceable. Knowing him has been the greatest honour and privilege for our family.

"He taught us the true meaning of unconditional love and our hearts are broken."

The inquest, which took place at Bolton Coroners' Court, concluded last week.

It found Conner died of massive head trauma following the collision with a HGV.
