Police attend after car crash close to Lidl Middlewich

The emergency services attended the A530 St Michael's Way at around 9.30am today, Wednesday. An eyewitness said there was a police presence near Lidl in Middlewich for a short time afterwards. A Cheshire Police spokesperson said there were no reports of any injuries as a result of the incident.

They said: "Police were called to a collision on the A530 near Lidl in Middlewich. "A car and an HGV were blocking the road. There were no reports of any injuries."
