‘He touched so many lives’: Tribute to son and brother, 21, killed in A299 crash

More than GBP11,000 has been raised to help with the funeral costs for an "amazing" young man who died in a crash on the A299. Marshall Spelzini, 21, lost his life on February 25 when the lorry he was a passenger in[1] crashed with a stationary Iveco Daily road sweeper. The collision happened along the A299 towards London as the white Fiat Ducato lorry was travelling from Saint Nicholas-at-Wade.

Officers attended the scene along with paramedics and firefighters, but Marshall died at the scene. Both of the drivers were taken to hospital with injuries. Following the young man's death, tributes have continued to flood social media, with people releasing their favourite pictures and memories.
